This nylon rabbit designed in Japan hides a practical and sturdy tote bag inside that you can use to carry groceries, food for a picnic, or school books.
It’s light, but bears no comparison to those cheap bags out there. This tote is well thought-out up to every last detail. For instance, the handles are sewn on in cross-stitch so they can bear more weight.
The tote bag is folded inside the rabbit shaped doll whose head, legs and tail are filled with a fluffy material, so it won’t lose its perfect bunny shape. The ears and tail double as tabs so you can easily open the zipper.
If you carry Picnica in your handbag you’ll have a practical tote to use whenever you need it. It’s also the perfect travel accessory, an extra bag for any purchases you may have made so you won’t have to carry them in your suitcase and pay for excess baggage.

The Japanese designer duo designed the Picnica tote bag with the aim of creating a bond between people and objects.
According to them, in Japan nowadays people throw out a lot of things that are perfectly useable and there are too many products. However, people don’t seem to be grateful for their belongings.
They’ve created this rabbit inspired by the question: Could Japanese people care a bit more about the things around them? That’s how the Picnica rabbit was born.
