In order to create this original sugar bowl shaped like a sugar cube, its designers were inspired by the way Japanese restaurants present the food they offer. In many eateries, the menu consists of very realistic plastic reproductions of the sushi, sashimi, nigiri... That way, clients can get an idea of what the food they’re going to order looks like.
This sugar bowl is an exact copy of a bunch of sugar cubes piled up together. Since they’re made of plastic, they won’t crumble if they get wet or if you wash them. Imagined that? It looks so real!
