Bubble Gum Sculptures

Maurizio Savini creates sculptures made of chewing gum, a versatile material that allows him to produce incredible works of art.

  If you had saved every piece of gum you’ve chewed since you were little, maybe you’d have triumphed like Italian artist Maurizio Savini. For the past 10 years, Savini has been using this material to create sculptures and pieces.

They’re all pink, probably to make it very clear that he’s made them out of bubble gum, although his works would be a little more colorful had he used different flavors of gum.


Why chewing gum?

Savini doesn’t use gum to create extravagant works.
