At least, that is, in Japan, because it’s quite common there for people to totally tune-up their cell phone. Its inventor, Richard Wharton, who went on to found The Brown Corporation, was in his tent at the Glastonbury Festival. Fabriano, An Ecological Trash Bin

It’s a trash bin made of 50 layers of recycled paper and it was created for an exhibition of eco-friendly products held in Milan.

  It’s called Fabriano and, although it’s still a prototype, we wouldn’t be surprised if it soon became a staple product in offices around the world; it’s simple a brilliant idea. It has an impeccable design, it’s shaped like a muffin cup, and the color recalls those charming brown paper note blocks. Not only that, but, it’s also eco-friendly. What more could you want from a simple trash bin?

It’s made up of several layers of recycled paper, which are held up by their own weight, since there’s no external structure to prop them up.
