If you’ve never owned a humidifier, it’s probably because you live in a city that has an adequate amount of moisture in the air. If you’ve never even seen one, you definitely do not have small children or siblings. Humidifiers devices that are used to increase the amount of moisture in the air. They usually look like a sort of blender with a chimney on top that blows out water vapor. They’re recommended for children and sick people, and also in cities where the air tends to be exceptionally dry.
The humidifier’s purpose is to mitigate the lack of moisture in a usually dry space, making it easier to breathe. And it’s also great for the lungs. In many in-land countries or countries that are near arid zones, humidifiers are used for several months out of the year. Thousands of people around the world use them every day. That’s why it’s not surprising that someone has taken the time to create a humidifier that combines both functionality and design.
At first glance, no one would guess that this vase called Flosis, also acts as a humidifier. To make sure it’s working, all you have to do is just check that the green LED light is turned on. It’s Korean designer, Jin-Yi-Park, created it with people who use humidifiers only occasionally in mind. The rest of the year, instead of having it take up space in the closet, you can use it as a flower vase. And, why a vase? Because it’s an indoor accessory that we can all use during any season of the year. This is still only a conceptual design, so we’ll have to settle for admiring its photographs for now.
Middle Colors is another humidifier that doesn’t look like a humidifier. It’s shaped like a drop of water. It’s attractive, round, and available in several colors. It’s so decorative you won’t remember it’s actually something useful. The product was created by Takashi Hiroshi Tsuboi, from Japan, and it can humidify for 10 hours straight.
Get some air and breathe. If the air is stifling, you need a humidifier in your life.
