For adults only: bloody and horrifying stuffed toys for gore, terror and fantasy fans
Road-killed, stabbed by scissors, devoured by a shark, depicted as zombies… Who said that plush toys were corny? |

Anyone captivated by blood, the dead and macabre jokes, please be informed there’s now a wide range of stuffed toys worthy of any terror movie. If you want your room to look like the Museum of Horrors, choose any of the stuffed toys we’re proposing and start trembling!. The days of the loving and dull plush toys are numbered.
The Roadkill Toys are original toy characters sharing one thing in common: they’ve all been run over –squash-plush as they call it. They boast the a tyre print and they lie in a pool of blood and guts. They are released in limited series and attached to their twitching toe is an identity tag that tells you all you need to know about the character’s demise, how old he was, where he was run over, which car knocked him down… The designers define them as toy terrorists. Don’t miss the Tarantino-style knock down of Twitch The Raccoon.
In the same fashion, we find the dark knitted creations by Patricia Waller; a Colombian designer living in Germany who has recreated the various ways to accidentally kill a plush toy: bad luck little dog squashed by a big bone, handsaw slit throat teddy bear, tiger devouring human arm, kid bleeding after bike accident… Unpleasant for some people and fun for others!
Less bloody but equally terrifying are John Pikerton’s zombie teddies. The old cuddly loving teddy, popular at Harrods store, could now be joining Michael Jackson’s dancing troupe in Thriller. Pikerton is an artist of terror, mastering the art of horrible toys, fantasy creatures and special effects. Discover his great designs at www.pikertonfx.com and you will feel the shivers down your spine!
Also, for dark and gothic alike, there are lots of different teddies to match their clothing and make up. Skulls, black cats, Tim Burton’s characters, and other gloomy looking creatures, soft and cuddly in the inside. Go on then, we dare you to cuddle one to sleep and wait for the nightmares!
