This webmail notifier is a gadget that may well seem like an absurd and useless device to some. However, it’s just the accessory all those people who can’t let 5 minutes pass by without checking their email have been looking for.
What do you use it for? At the office, for instance, you can program the webmail notifier to track your personal email account so you’ll know as soon as you receive an email from a friend. You can also take it home, leave it on and have it track your work account, so you’ll know the minute you finally receive that urgent message. And you won’t even have to sign on to your account.
How does it work?
Before connecting it to your computer through a USB port you need to install the software on your computer. You can use this simple program to select the email accounts you want the notifier to track and what sound you want it to make when you get an email.
Once installed, connect the USB envelop to your computer and you can forget about having to check your email every 5 minutes. The envelope lights up when you get an email, it’ll make a sound and the light will start blinking. You can also choose how long the indicator stays on.
