Smoke and Bill are a lethal pair. You can build these robots of Japanese design with your own two hands; they’re easy and quick to assemble, and you won’t even need glue.
Just take the 5 paper tubes and use a pair of scissors to cut along the white lines. In just a few seconds, you’ll have several little tubes that you then join together to bring Smoke and their inseparable Bill to life.
