The designer Tony Shiau Nakanari was in charge of creating these original charms for Kuso Vinyl, a company that is also well known for their accessories, T-shirts, etc.
The brand’s "face" is model Linda Le (also known as Vampi), who is very famous in San Francisco (where she resides) as a major player in the cosplay (costume play) scene.
