Everyone knows how addictive lip gloss can be. We're not talking about the lipstick you wear when you put make up on, just the every day lip balm that's supposed to repair your lips. It's nearly impossible to go without it. What's worse is that most of these balms don't actually hydrate or repair anything. But they sure are addictive!
Years ago lip balms had no color, no taste and no smell. But one fine day, someone decided that the world would be an even more amazing place if we had flavored lip gloss and that's how all those strawberry, mint, coconut, pineapple and guava flavored balms arose.
Those of us who are addicted to this useless cosmetic item are happy to see that people who dedicated their lives to coming up with new flavors haven't run out of ideas. At least not the people at Lipsmacker, an American company that makes and sells flavored lip gloss featuring some of the most extravagant flavors imaginable.
Lip gloss that tastes like Skittles (a brand of candy available in the US), balms that smell and look like chocolate m&m's or, the latest addition to their catalogue, soft-drink flavored lip gloss. Dr. Pepper, Sprite, 7Up and, of course, Coca-Cola and Fanta in all their respective range of flavors: cherry, vanilla, pineapple, strawberry, grape... Why didn't they think of this sooner?
